On professional terms, I'm an aspiring Chartered Accountant, enthusiastic and curious to learn new things to hone my skills and knowledge. Been able to perform well in academics, I intend to achieve my goals along with maintaining balance on other aspects of Life. Working in an Advisory firm in the domain of M&A Tax, I have been able to learn and intend to gain further core expertise in Corporate Restructuring, simultaneous tax implications on the deal transactions, Cash Repatriation strategies, Tax Treaty Analysis, Jurisdiction Analysis, Buy-side deal advisory & preparation of Information Memorandum and other advisory based on various statutory laws. My other interests include Writing, Reading and listening music because these help me to stay me, irrespective of whatever I am going through because the aforesaid hobbies typically need us to feel and think deep from within. I love to see and notice the world in a whole new and different perspective than others being the authentic version of myself. I would love to grow my networking with people full of different insights for mutual growth of mindset and skills.
