We spend a lot of time talking about #AI, but what really matters is: putting it into practice and creating real measurable #value. That was exactly the spirit of the first-ever KI Alumni #Conference of the Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes initiated by Christian Luhmann One of the many highlights for me was the fireside chat with Fabian J. G. Westerheide from the Rise of AI Conference. His message was simple but important: don't give up on your mission. The future of AI won't be shaped by those waiting on the sidelines, but by those who keep building. If you want to understand Germany's and Europe's role in this transformation, I can highly recommend his book KI Nation. I also had the opportunity to co-lead and #moderate Stream B, where we discussed how AI is being implemented in practice—from large enterprises to solo founders. It was great to see such different perspectives, all working toward the same goal: turning AI into real impact. A big thank you to Christian, Jonas Diegel, Maya Lau, and all the stream hosts, Dr Joachim Fox, Niv Adam, Jan Hauke Holste, Susanne Wehde, Ph.D. und Wolf who made this conference possible - and of course the many active participants "taking three days off." Looking forward to seeing how this community continues to grow & peer-learning evolves. 🚀

Full house at Capgemini opening doors for our 2hearts community. Once again this proves what #AI cannot take from us. 👇 I am impressed. -By how many people you can #inspire and reach. -By the power of bringing professionals with different expertise in one room. -By the feedback after every event: We feel not only encouraged but really seen as a person with their own strengths having more than one heart, one story that made them the strong, humble and ambitious person they are. In a very short of time, we organized the every first #collaboration event with Capgemini PRISMA that lasted - again - longer as planned: Between Cultures & Careers: Navigating Identity in #Tech. A big thank you to Maya Ordaz Scheps, Pasha Alidadi, Sargon Korkis and Sena Çobanoğlu for sharing your experiences and taking time to encourage. Impressed Number 4: Dawid Bakowski and Mohamad Jamil Al Bouhairi from Capgemini, only 1 day in Berlin, without knowing each other, but the same vision: they already wanted to create this psychologically open and encouraging event - with us. We even have one picture capturing our astonishment how fast this all happened, when swiping left. With the help of my Berlin team, Ngoc Trung Le and Farya Lokhandwala & our dedicated volunteers Ömer Dibsizgöl and Bolu Ajibawo who reached out even 2 months before and asking if they could help bring this event to life - voluntarily ❤️❤️ A big thank you for everyone attending and a secret I can tell you: The next two big partner events are already in planning mode. Stay tuned.

𝘼𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙣𝙩. 𝘼𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚. 𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝙔𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮.  My number one advice 👇 A year in the USA, in Montana, showed me how much mindset and people can shape your path. With the belief of one of my teacher, I made it to the Top 10 national finals of a Business & Tech competition in California. Looking back, that moment pushed me toward studying and working in tech. Now, being back in NYC through the Digital Health Partnership Program of my university, I am reminded once again: Big ideas only move forward because there are people willing to make them happen. The people who say: yes, fostering international collaboration is difficult - 𝙬𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙞𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙬𝙖𝙮. The people who think ambitiously and execute. Every conversation I had here felt open, optimistic, and energizing. That sense of possibility is something I still carry with me — and will continue to carry forward. My highlights Part 1: Going for a sightseeing leadership with Kasia Stoltmann and my exchange with Dr. Amir Lahav None of this would have been possible without my incredible research team and the dedication of Prof. Lothar Wieler and Girish Nadkarni to advancing transatlantic collaboration and combining our complementary strengths. Maybe your next important connection is only one conversation away. And if you are interested in the future of HealthTech and AI, I highly recommend attending the Digital Health & AI Innovation Summit in Boston on June 8–9, 2026, curated by Dr. Amir Lahav.

Dilem: "Why travel to another city for a summit?" 3 very important reasons: 1: #Technology may shape the future, but it’s people who define it. 10 000 people at CHEFTREFF in Hamburg. Thank you Jan Henri Kalinowski & team for such an incredibly well-curated summit! My highlights: - Being warmly welcomed by Fatma A. in Hamburg -Of course the 2hearts community meet-up from entire Germany, among others Berivan Ronahi Akbaba, Hugo Paquin, Büsra Sevinc, Agnieszka M. Walorska 🇺🇦, Kerem Özen, Debora Puhleva, Vanessa Deol - finally meeting Cosima Gulde in person after being connected on LinkedIn for more than 2 years 2. Next steps actively & naturally happen, because people sense your energy: -Talking to Sarik Weber (Digital Pioneer) with whom I reconnected again after being introduced by Fatma A. at the START St. Gallen summit. Here I am thankful to authentic people like her. -the insightful exchange with Flurin Prelle on collaborating with 2hearts 3. Finally, you sense the “Mehr Mikrowelle wagen” #mindset: Go out there, try something bold together That is exactly why I am voluntarily & very passionately working on the following side-projects (among others) - for 2 years: Co-Leading the Berlin chapter of 2hearts – 17.-19.04.2026 at Hasso Plattner Institute (design thinking-school): Curating and managing the very first three days in-person seminar with two different scholarships on “Designing the Future of Digital Health” – 27.- 29.06.2026 #Moderating the #AIConference of the Studienstiftung alumni network: There I lead a focused stream on successful AI implementation in companies – 09.10.2026 Creating and Managing the very first German-American Business Conference in Germany, Berlin to foster #Transatlantic exchange If we want to change the status quo, we need to actively bring different stakeholder with various perspectives into one room - because there: magic happens.. #globaldialogue

The people who build the future don't wait for the right moment. History proves it. Kalanick & Camp, stuck without a cab in Paris → Uber Jobs & Wozniak, introduced by a mutual friend → Apple Chesky & Gebbia, broke and brainstorming → Airbnb This isn't just history. It’s in all of us. ➡️The Germany Project I am co-building? One unexpected, yet purpose-driven exchange at St. Gallen START #Summit that became a real heart project. ➡️The #transatlantic #tech conference I'm co-managing? One unexpected conversation with someone who saw the same gap and we decided to change the status quo & approach our network - successfully. That's exactly why I'm heading to the Future Leaders Summit in Hamburg this week. For the insights at the panels. And most importantly: for the conversations that happen around them. If you're going or are in Hamburg, let's talk. If you're thinking about bridging the US and Europe & learning from other countries, let's exchange. What moment or active decision are you thankful for? #FutureLeaders #globalmindset
