Google just made studying feel like cheating. Upload any PDF. Google AI Pro converts it into a podcast. Not a robotic text-to-speech reading. An actual two-host conversation breaking down your document like a real episode. I uploaded a 40 page research paper. Got a 12 minute podcast back. Two voices. Back and forth. Explaining concepts. Asking questions. Making it stick. This changes everything for how I consume information. Long contracts. Research papers. Business reports. Technical docs. Anything you've been putting off reading because it's too dense Now you can listen to it on a walk. We are living in a time where the gap between "I should read this" and "I actually understand this" just got a lot smaller. The people who figure out how to use these tools well aren't going to be smarter. They're just going to be faster. Are you sleeping on Google AI Pro right now? Head over and give it a listen yourself 👇 https://lnkd.in/dWWfBHWK
Sendio just dropped something interesting. 264 million people. One search. Filter by job title, seniority, department, location, industry, headcount growth, funding, revenue, technologies used all in one place. We've been with Sendio for a month at TA Solutions. And this new Find Leads feature just changed how we think about outreach entirely. No more jumping between 4 tools to build a list. No more guessing who the right person is. Just clean, targeted leads ready to contact. We recently came across Esfera as well. And honestly this is exactly the kind of network we'd love to be part of. The way they're connecting tools, teams and opportunities is something that aligns with how we think about building at TA Solutions. We're a development agency. We don't just build software we make it work inside your actual business. Custom development. Workflow automation. Platform integration. Everything connected. Nothing sitting idle. Still exploring everything Sendio's new update brings to the table. But early signs are exactly what we needed. If you want to understand how this platform works or want to get onboarded DM me. I'll walk you through it personally. P.S: To the Sendio and Esfera teams would love to connect and explore what we can build together. 🤝 Ricardo T. Paolo Angeloni Giovana Tess
Lately I've been thinking about both worlds. The one I'm building and the one I'm answering to. I was in church last Sunday. The pastor read something that stopped me mid-thought. "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." — Colossians 3:23 I've heard that verse before. But this time it hit different. Because I've been in rooms where people do the bare minimum. Clock in. Clock out. Do enough to not get fired. And I've been in rooms where one person makes everyone around them better just by how seriously they take their work. The difference was never talent. It was who they thought they were working for. When you work for approval, you stop when nobody's watching. When you work for something bigger than a paycheck, you raise your standard even when no one's in the room. The highest performers I've ever met don't work hard because their manager is watching. They work hard because lowering their standard feels like a personal betrayal. That's not hustle culture. That's integrity. The church didn't teach me a business lesson last Sunday. It reminded me that how you do anything is how you do everything. What's one standard you hold yourself to even when nobody's watching? 📍𝐒𝐭. 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤'𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐥

Most people have the idea. The vision is clear in their head. But somewhere between the idea and execution it just stops. No one to build it. No one to structure it. No one who actually gets what you're trying to do. That's exactly where we come in. At TA Solutions we work with founders, businesses and entrepreneurs who are stuck whether it's a product that needs building, a process that needs automating, or an idea that needs turning into something real. Our team helps you with: → Custom software development → AI automation & workflow building → Web & mobile development → Turning rough ideas into working products If you've been sitting on something a project, an idea, a problem you can't seem to solve let's talk: ‣ Hassan S., Business Development Manager ⁃ Available to consult on business strategy, operational challenges, and practical solutions to help you move forward. I set up a cold outreach sequence last week. 3 replies in the first 48 hours. Here's exactly what I did. At TA Solutions I used Sendio to build a targeted sequence for founders and businesses who are stuck no product, no automation, no clear next step. Short emails. No fluff. One clear ask. Not "let me pitch you." Just "here's the problem I solve does this sound familiar?" Paolo Angeloni & Ricardo T. from the Sendio team helped me get the setup right. Clean delivery. Right people. Right message. Early numbers are small but the conversations starting from those 3 replies are real. That's what matters at the start. Not volume. Quality of conversation. If you're a founder sitting on an idea or a business running manual processes that should be automated Do Send me a Connection Request & Comment "Consult" below. I'll personally reach out and we'll figure out exactly where you're stuck and what the move is.
My client paid me $500. He charged his client $8,000 for the same project. I built it. He sent the emails. That day I learned: Being good at your work isn't enough. If you don't know your worth, someone else will decide it for you. We accept low numbers because we're scared of losing the client. We tell ourselves "I'll charge more once I have more experience." But experience doesn't fix underpricing. Confidence does. He never questioned my quality. He questioned whether I knew my value. I didn't. So he filled in that number for me. The most painful kind of underpaid isn't when someone offers you less. It's when you offer yourself less before they even ask. Have you ever looked back at a project and realized you massively undercharged?
I used to rewrite my CV every time I applied for a job. Same CV. Different font. Different order of bullet points. Convinced myself I was "tailoring" it. I wasn't. I was procrastinating with extra steps. Spent 4 hours one night rearranging the same 3 lines of experience because "maybe if the internship comes first they'll notice it more." Got zero callbacks. Not because of the font. Not because of the order. Because I was applying to 40 jobs I wasn't right for, with a CV that described tasks instead of outcomes, to companies I hadn't researched at all. The real problem? I didn't want to do the hard work of figuring out what I actually wanted — so I kept myself busy doing the easy work of looking like I was trying. Busy ≠ productive. Effort ≠ progress. The most exhausting thing isn't failing. It's working hard in the wrong direction and calling it hustle. Most of us have done this. Not just with job applications. With businesses we kept "refining" instead of launching. Courses we kept "preparing for" instead of starting. Conversations we kept "thinking about" instead of having. The thing you're polishing right now might not need more polish. It might need a different question entirely. What's the thing you've been "working on" that's actually just fear wearing a productivity costume?
I just ended a 45 minute client call. Opened my notes app. Blank page. I remembered the vibe of the meeting. Not a single action item. That used to be my every Monday. Then I found Fathom.ai. Had meeting with With Paolo Angeloni from Sendio How their product can add value to TA Solutions Now the moment a call ends I get a full summary, every action item, and a clean transcript in my inbox before I even close the tab. No bot awkwardly sitting in the meeting. No manually typing while half-listening. No "wait what did he say about the deadline?" Just show up. Be present. Let Fathom handle the rest. It syncs with HubSpot, Slack, Notion, Asana automatically. You can even ask it questions about meetings you had 3 months ago. 38 minutes saved per meeting on average. Fathom I have 6 calls a week. That's almost 4 hours back every single week. The best part? Free forever. Unlimited recording, transcription, and storage. Chrome Web Store If you're still leaving meetings and forgetting half of what was discussed this is the tool. Try Fathom.ai → https://lnkd.in/em-cS9vq How many hours a week are you losing to bad meeting notes?
My LinkedIn got hacked this morning. A year of work. Gone. Posts were hitting 100k impressions. People were reaching out for work. Things were finally moving. And someone took it all overnight. Every post I wrote at midnight when I should've been sleeping. Every hour spent rewriting one headline until it felt right. Every connection built one conversation at a time. Wiped. While I was asleep. 2-Factor Authentication was ON. I did everything right. Still didn't matter. I don't know how to explain this feeling. You grind for over a year in silence. Nobody sees the drafts you deleted. Nobody sees the posts you rewrote 10 times. Nobody sees the nights you almost quit. And just when it starts working Just when people start noticing It's gone. I'm not going to pretend I'm okay right now. I'm not. But I'm not stopping either. Starting from zero today. If you were part of my journey before drop a 👋 below. I want to find you again.
