About

Manager - Growth and Demand Generation @ Qoruz

I help SaaS companies grow predictable pipeline and revenue through strategic demand generation, marketing automation, and full-funnel campaign execution. From building scalable lead engines to optimizing lifecycle journeys, I focus on turning marketing from a cost center into a revenue driver. My experience spans across inbound and outbound motion, campaign orchestration, lead nurturing, and aligning closely with sales to ensure every marketing dollar delivers measurable impact. I’m passionate about creating data-driven, customer-centric programs that not only attract attention but convert it into action. Whether it's leveraging tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or marketing automation platforms to streamline ops, or experimenting with new channels for demand capture. I enjoy solving the puzzle of what drives buying behavior in SaaS. Let’s talk if you're into pipeline velocity, tight GTM alignment, or just want to geek out over conversion rates! So this just happened while working with GTM data. The dataset was clean. Emails verified. Job titles accurate. Still replies were close to zero. The problem? We optimised for correct data, not buying power. “Head of Growth” looked perfect on paper. In reality, budget sat with Ops. GTM fails when teams confuse data accuracy with decision accuracy. Clean data is useless if it points to the wrong people. #LeadGen #GTMEngineering #Clay #Outbound

Pause your outbound campaigns if lead routing depends on human memory. I’ve seen teams blame copy, deliverability, and domains when the real issue was this: no one knew who should follow up. When routing is manual: • leads sit • context is lost • follow-ups are delayed And outbound dies quietly. Before scaling campaigns, make sure every lead has: a clear owner a defined SLA an automated fallback Otherwise you’re just sending emails into a void. #Outbound #GTM #SalesOps #RevOps

Most GTM teams think automation is about speed. It’s actually about removing ambiguity. I was looking at a GTM setup where leads were enriched correctly, emails were verified, and sequences were live but follow-ups were inconsistent. The issue wasn’t effort. It was ownership. No rule clearly defined who owns which lead when. Once we added simple logic: • inbound → assigned instantly • outbound → routed by segment • no owner → no sequence response time dropped dramatically. GTM automation doesn’t fail because tools are bad. It fails because logic is missing between steps. #GTMEngineering #Automation #RevOps #Outbound

Pause your outbound campaigns if your ICP definition is just: “B2B SaaS, 11–50 employees.” That’s not an ICP. That’s a filter. Filters tell you who exists. ICP tells you why this company would actually buy. For example: Two SaaS companies can look identical on paper with same size, same industry, same tech stack. But only one is actively hiring sales reps, struggling with pipeline visibility, or scaling outbound. That’s the one that buys. Most outbound fails before the first email is sent because teams optimise for availability, not intent. #Outbound #ICP #B2BSaaS

One thing I’m realising while learning GTM Motions: It’s not about knowing every tool. It’s about understanding systems. Inputs → logic → outputs. Once you think this way, outbound, RevOps, automation everything starts making sense. Because, tools might change but system never. #GTMEngineering #SystemsThinking #GoToMarket #RevOps
