Just found out I ranked # 13 in Canada for creators talking about entrepreneurship on LinkedIn (Favikon Ranking). 🤩
Honestly I did not see that coming.
I come from 10 years in tech recruiting and helping tech professionals land six figure jobs.
Now I work with small and medium businesses, same skills, same energy, just on the B2B side. And honestly I am having a blast.
The digging, the strategy, helping people figure out how to grow, I just love doing that stuff!
I am adding AI on top of it now and my goal is to help business owners use what they already have, move faster, and grow their business in a plug-and-play way.

It made me look back at how this all started:
When I arrived in Canada in 2014, I had no network, no plan, and absolutely no one to call.
Today, my days are spent on the ground with Canadian business owners from Montreal to Vancouver.
We sit down, look at their businesses, and solve the operational challenges holding them back.
It is a deeply human job.
To everyone who opened a door, made an introduction, or simply believed this was possible, thank you.

Spent last night at an EY event in Montreal with MAX - Muslims Achieving Excellence Network
One thing stood out:
Big companies have the resources, the brand, the relationships, and access to incredible talent.
Every move goes through stakeholders, forecasts, approval chains, and risk management.
Solopreneurs don't have those advantages.
But you have something else: speed!
You can test an idea on Monday, get feedback on Tuesday, and change direction by Wednesday.
Most experiments and projects won't work. But a few will.
That speed compounds over time.
When the market moves this fast, shipping fast is the biggest advantage.
