🚨 SCAM ALERT 🚨 I applied for an Operations Data Analyst position with high hopes. After applying, I received an email saying I had been shortlisted for the technical assessment. Everything looked completely normal. The email was professional, the process seemed genuine, and I was ready to prove my skills. But when I clicked on the assessment link... I was asked to pay ₹150 just to take the assessment. Seriously? Since when did job seekers have to pay to prove their skills? Freshers are already spending money on education, certifications, internet, travel, and countless job applications. Now we're expected to pay just to participate in a hiring process? This is not about ₹150. It's about the message this sends: "Pay first, then we'll decide whether you're good enough." I strongly believe this is an unfair hiring practice. Candidates should be evaluated based on their talent, not their ability or willingness to pay an assessment fee. I'm tagging Leap Finance Academy and Iskima and would genuinely appreciate a clarification on whether this is their official hiring policy.
