Everyone asks how Naano started. Here's the real story.
For a year, I was posting on LinkedIn and getting nowhere.
10 reactions on a good day, sometimes less.
I kept going anyway.
Then, after 1 year, a company called Pletor reached out.
They were launching a nano-influence program, creators would post content about their tool, and get paid based on the results they generated.
No fixed fee, pure performance. I said yes mostly out of curiosity.
My first post hit 135,000 impressions.
I went from 1,500 followers to 5,000 in 40 days.
The posts that followed averaged 40,000 impressions each.
300,000+ total views for Pletor, thousands of comments, real leads coming in.
That's when I started looking at LinkedIn differently.
Every day, thousands of people post about tools they use, workflows that work, products they genuinely like, but for free.
They're already promoting brands without knowing it, without getting anything back.
And on the other side, companies are desperate to reach decision-makers without paying for ads that nobody trusts anymore.
The gap was obvious.
Nobody had built the infrastructure to connect both sides properly.
So Thomas, Justine and I built Naano.

I realized most SDR teams are doing outreach backwards.
They send messages first.
Then hope someone replies.
The best outbound today works the opposite way.
First:
Find people already showing buying intent.
Then:
Use AI to research them deeply.
Across LinkedIn + email.
That changes everything.
Because outreach stops feeling like outreach.
Every message feels like:
“Damn, this was written specifically for me.”
Most SDRs can’t do that consistently at scale.
And most tools just automate generic spam faster.
So instead of hiring more SDRs, I built a system that combines Claude + LinkedIn + cold email.
Now I spend ~20 minutes/day on outbound and still book qualified meetings every week.
The key is only reaching out to warm prospects:
* People engaging with competitors
* Profile visitors
* Companies hiring
* Leads interacting with your content
* Buyers already showing intent before the first message
Then I documented the whole process:
* How I identify high-intent leads fast
* How I research accounts with AI
* How I personalize LinkedIn DMs + cold emails at scale
* How I turn outbound into inbound conversations
* The exact frameworks I use to consistently book meetings
Comment “DM” and I’ll send the full playbook.

Stop paying sales reps to do a robot's job.
Claude just broke the game.
Your reps spend 80% of their time on robot tasks.
Scraping lists.
Hunting for an angle.
Sending copy-paste that gets zero replies.
I cut all of it.
I plugged Claude straight into my LinkedIn flow.
While I'm drinking my coffee, the system:
→ Spots trending topics in my niche
→ Builds lead magnet posts calibrated to my ICP
→ Distributes the resource and opens the first conversation
Result: 22 qualified meetings.
The wildest part?
0% cold DMs sent. 100% safe.
I documented the full system: prompts, intent setup, 100% safe.
What you get:
→ The full Claude workflow
→ The ICP content creation prompts
→ The automated distribution setup
To get the guide:
Like + Comment "COWORK" and I'll send you everything
PS: Reposts get priority ;)

400 LinkedIn posts in 320 days.
The first 30 were the hardest.
I was writing every night from scratch.
So I changed the approach.
Now my reading does the writing.
I plug my sources into one monitoring tool.
It turns articles and videos into ready-to-post drafts.
5 minutes every morning to review and schedule the week.
Done.
400 posts. 320 days.
Organic growth every single month.
I documented the full system in a free guide.
Comment "POST" and I'll DM it to you.

LinkedIn outreach is still 90% a coin flip.
Claude Opus 4.8 + MCP just killed that. https://lnkd.in/eFcwyT6x
I've been testing it for 3 weeks. The difference is absurd.
What most teams still do:
❌ Copy-paste profiles into ChatGPT
❌ Manual lead exports from Sales Nav
❌ "Personalized" messages written one by one
❌ Campaigns launched blind, with zero signal
That worked 12 months ago. Not anymore.
Now you plug Claude straight into your LinkedIn workflow through MCP.
What it does:
→ Qualifies leads against your ICP
→ Pulls live prospect data on demand
→ Detects buying intent signals automatically
→ Writes hyper-personalized messages from real activity
→ Adapts follow-ups to replies and objections
→ Runs LinkedIn + email from one interface
The real unlock isn't the writing.
It's the intelligence layer.
Opus 4.8 decides WHO to contact, WHEN, and WHAT to say from 100% real signals.
Setup: 10 min max.
👉🏼 I documented the full playbook:
→ Lead qualification prompts
→ Full MCP setup for LinkedIn
→ Hyper-personalized message scripts
→ The intent signals that matter
→ Follow-up sequence logic
→ Email outreach integration
To get it:
Like + connect with me
Comment "MCP"
PS: if you're still cold prospecting without signals, at least read the part on intent detection.

A year ago, I thought becoming a VC would make me a great entrepreneur.
I was completely wrong.
My logic was simple.
Get into VC.
Meet hundreds of founders.
Learn from the best ones.
Then become one myself.
I was convinced this was the smartest path.
Probably the only one.
So I doubled down.
Networking events, applications, coffee chats.
Even became a VC scout. Got a job offer too.
The whole game.
Then I joined a voice AI startup. (cc Mathéo Ballasse 😉)
First as chief of staff. Then as a late founder.
And it hit me in the first month.
VC doesn't teach you how to build a company.
Look at Y Combinator.
Every single partner there was a successful founder first.
What teaches you entrepreneurship is entrepreneurship. 🤷♂️
Shipping a product.
Iterating after every brutal customer call.
Brainstorming at 11pm with your co-founders.
Hiring the right people.
Making 50 micro-decisions a day with incomplete information.
That's the school. There's no other one.
And honestly? I've only met one ex-VC who turned into a great founder.
Just one.
If you want to be a founder, skip the VC game.
Just start building.

Most SMBs are invisible to your outbound.
Apollo doesn't have them.
ZoomInfo doesn't have them.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator doesn't have them.
They exist.
They have budget.
They convert.
They just don't sit in any database your competitors are using.
Until you plug Claude into the right MCP.
One prompt pulled this:
→ 325 SMB leads matched on criteria no standard tool can run
→ Verified emails, domain health, enrichment scores
→ Lead scoring, region, industry tags
→ Ready-to-import outreach pipeline
All from prospects no traditional sales tool surfaces.
Zero credit caps.
Zero list limits.
Unlimited.
I'm dropping the step by step guide to do that in DM.
Comment "SMB" and I'll send it over.

When we launched Naano, we shipped an MVP.
The click tracking worked from day one. But everything around it? Invisible.
Clients couldn’t see who posted about them.
They couldn’t see what reach each creator generated.
They couldn’t pull the leads who engaged with the content.
They just got a CPC bill.
We knew. We shipped anyway.
Today, we fixed it.
Naano is now native on LinkedIn data.
Our company knows everything:
– Every post about your brand.
– Every impression.
– Every reaction per creator.
– Every lead who engaged.
The full breakdown is in the carousel. Swipe through.
First brick.
10% of what’s shipping on Naano in the next few months.
Stay tuned!

I stopped managing outbound from 12 different tabs.
Claude + lemlist MCP changes the game.
Because it lets you control your outbound workflow from one conversation.
Create campaigns.
Import leads.
Audit sequences.
Review performance.
Fix weak messaging.
Move faster without sending generic garbage.
Most teams don’t need more tools.
They need a better operating system for outbound.
lemlist handles the infrastructure.
Claude handles the execution layer.
You keep the judgment.
I documented the full setup here.
Comment “MCP” and I’ll send it over.

I generated 50 UGC-style ads in 15 minutes by using this workflow : https://lnkd.in/e2QehJeA
The AI UGC wave is here.
Creative testing is the bottleneck for most brands. We needed to test faster.
We now have:
1 flow = Multiple UGC actors
Each has their own look, voice, and personality. All holding the same product and delivering the same script.
People resonate with different people.
50 avatars means 50 more ways to convert your market.
The result is a full UGC campaign ready to launch on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
All with zero casting, briefs, or invoices.
I'm sharing this entire setup, with prompts and tech stack, just here : https://lnkd.in/e2QehJeA
