Fractional IT Project Management Consultant | Remote Project Management Career Coach @ Digital Assistance - Elitsa Raynova

Everyone wants projects that run smoothly. But only a few organizations turn delivery into speed, trust, and real business outcomes. That’s the difference between having teams and having systems that actually scale. I’m Elitsa - a Fractional Remote IT Project & Operations Manager and Remote PM Career Coach. For the last 10+ years, I’ve worked with start-ups and large organizations across DACH, the UK, the Middle East, Australia, Bulgaria, and Asia, helping them deliver complex IT and transformation initiatives in remote and hybrid environments. Along the way, I’ve supported projects and teams connected to companies like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Porsche, Daimler Truck and delivery ecosystems built on Atlassian and monday.com. The numbers (because they matter): • Led €5-8M programs across complex IT, Automotive, SaaS, FinTech, Insurance, Compliance, Pharmaceutical, and Machine-building environments • Directed 15+ concurrent projects, maintaining delivery predictability and senior stakeholder alignment • Aligned 40+ global teams across time zones in remote and hybrid delivery models • Enabled 100+ Project Managers to position their experience and successfully secure remote PM roles But numbers are only half the story. Across enterprises, consultancies, and start-ups companies, I kept seeing the same issues slow delivery down: • tool overload • unclear ownership • slow execution • constant context switching That’s where I come in. As a Remote IT Project & Ops Manager, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe® Scrum Master, and Product Owner, I turn complex initiatives into predictable, scalable, remote-first delivery systems leaders can rely on. HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER: 1. Delivery & Operations Consulting I help organizations fix broken delivery, streamline operations, and build execution systems that scale with growth. 2. Remote IT Project Management I lead multi-million-euro projects end-to-end with clear priorities, strong stakeholder alignment, and transparent execution. 3. Remote PM Career Coaching I help Project Managers position their experience, strengthen leadership presence, and land (and keep) remote-first roles in a competitive market. +1. Free PM Resources - Practical tools, templates, and frameworks to upgrade how you deliver and lead. You don’t need more tools. You don’t need more meetings. You need clarity, structure, and delivery that holds under pressure. 📌 Details & resources in the Featured section 💌 Sponsorships, collabs and client requests → elitsa.raynova@gmx.de

Zoom reached out to me for a brand collab. 9 months after I started posting. I never once imagined pitching them. One year ago I had 1,000 followers. Zero plan. I was watching Lara Acosta's post every day. And kept asking myself one question: Could someone like me do this? I decided to try anyway. Today I'm at 13,000 followers. 👉 Ranked top 4% PM voice in Germany. 👉 Coached 100+ PMs into remote roles. 👉 Working as a Fractional PM with clients I once only admired. 👉 Collaborating with tech brands like Zoom. What I learned in 12 months: - Consistency beats perfection every time. - Your real story is your strongest asset. - The right people (and brands) find you. - Stop hiding first. If you're on the fence about posting: → Start with one thing you wish someone told you. → Write like you're talking to a friend. → Pack your skills into an offer. → Be delusional about your goals. Lara Acosta showed me this: Showing up as yourself is enough. Unapologetically AND consistently. I'm proof it works. If you're a Project Management Professional with skills, stories, and zero online presence, DM me the word "START". I'll tell you exactly where to begin.🥇 👇👇👇 And one more thing... I AM ON A MISSION: To help 1000+ Project Management Professionals get seen, get trusted, and land the roles and opportunities they deserve. 100K LinkedIn FOLLOWERS BY END OF THE YEAR. HELP ME GET THERE! 🔁Share this with one person today. One share might change their career. #kleo3

AI will not take your job. But staying invisible might. This week, a Creative Director reached out to me for LinkedIn coaching. She is talented. She has experience. She has strong ideas. But she was not clear on three things: What makes her different? What does she enjoy doing most? What skill are people willing to pay her for? This is where visibility starts. Not with a fancy photoshoot. Not with the “perfect” hook. Not with 10,000 followers. It starts with CLARITY. You need to know what you are good at, what results you create, and why people should trust you. And no, you do not need to work in corporate to post on LinkedIn. Small business owners need visibility. Creative Directors need visibility. Photographers need visibility. Designers need visibility. Your title is not your full value. I am not only a Fractional Project Manager. I am my experience. My results. My decisions. My failures. My story. My voice. AI can support my work, but it cannot replace all of this. Stop waiting until your brand looks perfect. Take your skills seriously. Start sharing what you know. Build credibility. Turn your expertise into income. What skill are you still hiding instead of monetizing? ────────── 👉 PS. I am proud of her for taking action. I am grateful for her words. And I stand by this more than ever. Thank you for sharing this journey. ❤️

At 7, I had no idea what LinkedIn was. But I was convinced the world needed to hear me. Performing, moving people through music. At 10, I wanted people to hear my message through dance. At 18, after a decade of recitals and events, I knew one thing: my voice was meant to be heard. At 19, I moved to Germany to build a career. And I hid behind labels. “A foreigner.” “An Eastern European with an accent.” “Not experienced enough for bigger opportunities.” At 27, I was leading international automotive teams across four languages. At 30, I had delivered 40+ IT projects for Mercedes-Benz AG, BMW Group, Volkswagen Group, and Bosch. I had the results. The certifications. The experience. But... nobody knew my story. At 31, I watched other Project Managers earn more, get promoted, land remote roles. They weren't always better. They were just more visible. I was still hoping great work would speak for itself. It doesn't. The most capable Project Managers s are often the least visible. That realization changed how I show up. I built my personal brand and started using my voice again. Now I help other project managers do the same: get seen, trusted, and hired remotely. Funny how life works. I thought growth came from more certifications and harder work. Turns out, it also comes from making sure the right people understand your value. Because once people know what you bring... Opportunities, clients, and dream roles start finding you. What's stopping you from using your voice? Let me know in the comments. 👇

The real career luxuries don’t come with a job title: 1. Control over your time A full calendar can make you look important while leaving no space to think. Real freedom is having enough control to do meaningful work without living in constant urgency. This isn’t created by another productivity tool. It’s built through trust, boundaries, and better choices. ——— 2. Work that doesn’t drain you A respected company, senior title, or impressive salary can still leave you exhausted. There is no success in building a career you constantly need to recover from. The right role should challenge you. It should not consume your entire life. ——— 3. The freedom to work from anywhere Remote work is not only about avoiding the commute. It gives you more time for the people you love, more control over your energy, and more space to build a life beyond work. But this freedom is rarely handed to you. It is earned through strong positioning, visibility, and the ability to lead without being watched. ——— If you already have any of these three things, don’t take them for granted. Your normal working day could be another project manager’s dream. 🔁 Repost this for someone who needs permission to want more from their career. ☕️ New here? I’m Elitsa. I help project managers become visible, position their experience clearly, and land remote opportunities.

"Must be nice to work from anywhere." It is. But luck had nothing to do with it. For years, I built the skills that make remote Project Managers impossible to ignore. Clear communication across cultures. Ownership without someone watching. Trust built through screens, not offices. Today I manage programs from Bulgaria, London, or wherever I need to be. I design my days around energy, not commutes. I'm present for the people I love. But here's what most Project Managers get wrong: Remote roles aren't won on job portals. The competition is global. Hundreds of candidates have the same certifications, the same tools, the same CV format. What separates the ones who land remote roles? They show employers they can lead independently, communicate without friction, and build trust across time zones before the first interview. Your LinkedIn profile does that work before you even apply. 👉 Comment "REMOTE" below and I'll send you the list of 20+ remote job boards I recommend to every Project Manager I mentor. These are the same sites my mentees used to land the roles they were waiting for. What would a remote role make possible for you?
