𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 👇
Pulled from the shift already underway: marketers who open Claude Code operate a system. The ones who do not stay as fast as they are now.
What's inside:
1/ The old way, and why it is breaking
You open the chat app. It writes the post. You go post it. It runs the audit. You spend the afternoon doing it. It gives you the report. You pull the numbers yourself. The copy-paste is the work, and it is not your judgment, it is your labor.
2/ The new way
A version of Claude that does the work instead of describing it. Opens your files. Connects to your tools. Runs on a schedule while you sleep. Same intelligence. The only difference is whether you carry the work or it does.
3/ The 3 powers
Act in your real tools, not just write the email. Touch your real files, not just tell you the format. Run unattended on a schedule, not just respond when you ask. Each removes a different chunk of the manual work between you and the result.
4/ The setup that makes it run
The brain file that grounds every run in your business. The connectors that give it hands. The auto mode that runs the safe middle without babysitting. The schedule that makes it work while you sleep.
5/ The 3 builds in order
The foundation: where the work runs unattended. The first real workflow: a job you do by hand, taken off your hands. The plugins: new skills installed in one click. Each is a step up from doing the work to running a system.
6/ The forces making it inevitable
The chat app advises. Claude Code presses the buttons, with you deciding which. The gap between marketers who open the Code tab and the ones who never do is about to be the widest skill gap in the field.
7/ The first three moves to start now
Open the desktop app and the Code tab. Write your first CLAUDE.md in plain English. Run one workflow you currently do by hand and watch it run without you. Whatever size you are today.
The pattern in every build: the AI does the work, you keep the judgment. The honest part is in the guide, including why most marketers will not open Claude Code and what that does to the skill gap.

BREAKING: I just built the Claude Dealflow Playbook for VCs to find the 0.01% deals 👇
Most VC partners spend their week on deals they will pass.
The fix is not to source harder. The fix is to score every inbound against your thesis before a partner reads a single deck.
Comment "DEALFLOW" and I will send you the playbook.
What is inside:
→ The triage problem: where the partner's week actually goes
→ The four sources of dealflow, and how your mix shifts once the loop runs
→ The 7-axis screening rubric, with the cut points
→ The automation layer: every inbound scored before it reaches a partner
→ The human layer: where taste still wins
→ The dealflow stack, the named tools end to end
→ The anti-portfolio loop: a 90-day re-score on every founder you passed
→ A paste-ready Claude project that runs the whole thing
The triage shrinks. The hit rate per first meeting goes up. The calendar comes back, spent on taste, not admin.
Same loop we wire for the funds we work with.

500+ funds, startups, and real estate sponsors in our first 60 days.
When we launched 8Raise, the bet was simple. Raising capital does not have to mean cold lists, dead inboxes, and guessing who actually writes checks. It should mean the right investors, the warm path, and a process that runs even when you step away from the desk.
Sixty days in, the founders, fund managers, and sponsors raising with 8Raise have told us the bet was right.
Here is what 500+ of them are now running on:
→ A curated, verified investor base, not a scraped list nobody answers
→ Three modes built for how capital actually moves: VC, Real Estate, and LP
To everyone who trusted us in the first 60 days: thank you. You did the hard part. We are just making the next 60 faster.
If you are raising a round, a fund, or a deal, this is the moment to assemble your stack.
From first outreach to funded.

Couple days ago, Jake Paul and Logan Paul closed an oversubscribed $100M growth fund.
Anti Fund, with Geoffrey Woo and Jake Paul as managing partners and Logan as GP, is now past $180M in AUM, just six months after its $30M Fund I.
The model is a barbell: small first checks into technical founders, then $10M+ growth checks into the ones that break out. Growth already holds OpenAI, Anduril, SpaceX, Cognition, and Helion.
The verticals tell you exactly where the money's headed:
→ AI
→ Defense
→ Robotics
→ Energy
→ Frontier infrastructure
Read it as a founder raising. Anti Fund's own thesis: capital is a commodity, attention is not. The Pauls didn't out-capital anyone. They turned reach into access, and access into a fund.
You don't need 20M followers to borrow that move. You need reach to the right investors before consensus gets there.
And that's the whole game we help founders run: not more capital, more access to the people who write the checks.
Smart capital moving into deep tech, or a top-of-cycle tell?

I just published 50 prompts mapped to the 6 functions of a real marketing team.
Research. Content. SEO. Paid. Distribution. Analytics. The complete operating system. Fifty repeatable moves. One operator on top.
Not a prompt dump. A working team.
Here is what is inside:
→ 50 paste-ready prompts, organized by function
→ The exact job each prompt does, so you run the right one at the right moment
→ The grounding rule that turns prompts into real output instead of filler
→ The 4 human gates: the decisions you never delegate to the model
Functional mix:
→ Research and strategy: 8 prompts
→ Content: 10 prompts
→ SEO and search: 8 prompts
→ Paid media: 8 prompts
→ Distribution and social: 8 prompts
→ Analytics and optimization: 8 prompts
What you get with every prompt:
→ The specific job it owns
→ The bracket template where your data goes
→ The output shape it produces
→ The human gate it preserves
Every prompt is grounded in your real inputs: your data, your customers, your numbers, your point of view. Garbage in, confident garbage out. Real data in, real leverage out.
Same system we use to run marketing for the founders we work with.

I built a Claude-powered fundraising machine. Runs the entire raise on autopilot.
Comment "MACHINE" and I will send you the full build.
A chat thread forgets. A machine in Claude Code runs your prospecting, outreach, and reporting every week of your raise.
Most founders open a chat, paste a list, ask for outreach copy, get a good answer, and then the thread scrolls away. Next week they open a new one and start over. It feels productive. It is the opposite of a system.
The fundraising machine has 5 parts:
1/ The project and on-brand documents
A CLAUDE.md that defines your voice, your one-liner, your investor brief. Every email, every message checked against it. No more template sounding outreach.
2/ Prospecting on a schedule
8Raise MCP wired into Claude Code. Weekly job pulls fresh investors, removes anyone already in pipeline, appends only net-new contacts to your list.
3/ Handoff to your outreach tool
Apollo, HeyReach, or Lemlist. Claude Code takes the enriched list, maps fields to your campaign format, pushes contacts into the right sequence.
4/ The results dashboard
Vercel and Supabase, or piped into your CRM. One screen: investors contacted, replies, reply rate, current stage per conversation. Built in an afternoon.
5/ The monitoring layer
Logging on every scheduled run. Alerts when the 8Raise search returns zero contacts, an outreach push fails, or reply rate drops below threshold.
What it replaces: 17 tabs, a dead chat thread, and a list nobody updates.
Built once. Runs every raise.
