𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐚 𝐂𝐑𝐌. I'm not convinced. After 17+ years in enterprise sales and partnerships, I've noticed something... Salespeople don't hate CRMs. They hate everything that comes 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 them. Logging every interaction. Updating deal stages. Filling mandatory fields. Writing notes nobody reads. That's time that could've been spent talking to customers. And every minute spent on admin is one less minute spent selling. Recently, I came across Positive noCRM, and what caught my attention wasn't a long list of features. It was a simple philosophy: 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤. Whether it's calling a prospect, sending a proposal, or following up with a warm lead, keeping momentum is what actually moves deals forward. Sometimes the best sales tools aren't the ones with the most features. They're the ones your team actually enjoys using. If you're leading a sales team or you're frustrated with CRM adoption, this is worth a look. Comment 'CRM' and I'll send you the link to book a walkthrough directly with their team.

How do you post: "You left me on my birthday." "Why did you leave me?" "I loved you so much." after allegedly being involved in the very act that took someone's life? What makes this story even more tragic is that it wasn't just about two individuals. Two families were preparing for a wedding. A future was being planned. Dreams were being built. And now one young man is dead, one family has lost a son, and multiple lives have been shattered. If you love someone else, say it. If you don't want to marry someone, say it. If your family disagrees, fight for your choice. Walk away. Cancel the wedding. Break the engagement. People recover from heartbreak. Families recover from disappointment. But there is no recovery from taking a life. The saddest part is that honesty, however painful, would have hurt far fewer people than the path that was allegedly chosen. What are your thoughts?

Indian Startup News How One Wrong Title Became Everyone's Copy Paste Headline I'm genuinely surprised how quickly misinformation spreads when it comes from a few large media houses like The Economic Times YourStory Media Startupro.in & moneycontrol.com Kunal Shah is reportedly joining WhatsApp as Global Head of WhatsApp not Meta. Not as Global CEO of WhatsApp not Meta There's a huge difference. Yet somehow, a couple of publications like The Economic Times & Moneycontrol used "Global CEO" instead of "Global Head" and suddenly everyone else started repeating the same thing. At this point, even Google seems confused.😅 Let's be clear: - WhatsApp is owned by Meta. - Meta's Global CEO is still Mark Zuckerberg. The role being discussed is the operational leadership of WhatsApp, similar to how Will Cathcart previously led WhatsApp as its Head. A "Global Head" leading a business unit is very different from being the CEO of the parent company. This is exactly why fact-checking matters. One outlet gets it wrong. Ten others copy paste it. A hundred creators repost it without doing any due diligence. And before you know it, the internet has collectively decided a new "Global CEO" exists of WhatsApp.😭😂 P.S. This is a great reminder that not everything trending on Google or social media is necessarily accurate. P.P.S. Sometimes the biggest viral story is simply a copy-paste error that nobody bothered to verify. #WhatsApp #Meta #KunalShah #Media #FactChecking #SocialMedia #PostBySG

If someone arrives 20 minutes late because their bicycle got punctured, should they be allowed in? If someone arrives 15 minutes late because their scooter ran out of fuel, should they be allowed in? If someone arrives 10 minutes late because they had a flat tire, should they be allowed in? If someone misses their bus, catches a train, and arrives an hour late, should they be allowed in? If someone oversleeps because they forgot to set an alarm and reaches late, should they be allowed in? Most of us would sympathize with these situations. But would we change the rules for them? Every exam, interview, flight, train, and competitive process has a reporting time for a reason. The difficult part about rules is that they must apply equally to everyone. If 10 minutes late is acceptable, why not 20? If 20 is acceptable, why not 30? If 30 is acceptable, why not an hour? At some point, someone has to draw a line. The real question isn't whether a particular reason is genuine. The real question is whether it's fair to thousands of others who planned ahead, arrived on time, and followed the same rules. What do you think?

Can we officially declare Bajaj Finserv the greatest stalker of the millennium? I've never applied for this card. I've never used this service. I've never even made eye contact with this company. Yet somehow, they keep messaging me like we're in a long-term committed relationship. Every few days it's: "Dear Customer..." Customer? Sir, we are strangers. At this point, I'm convinced Bajaj Finserv knows more about me than some of my relatives. One day they'll probably text: "Good morning Sachin G. We noticed you skipped breakfast. EMI options available." Another year of this and they'll start introducing me at family functions. "This is our long-lost son. He hasn't activated his #BajajFinServ #InstaEMI card yet, but we're very proud of him." The persistence is admirable though. Most salespeople give up after 2 follow-ups. Bajaj Finserv is prepared to cross generations. My grandchildren will probably receive: "Dear Customer, your grandfather's EMI Card is still pending activation." Some relationships are simply forever. #MondayMood #Relatable #IndianProblems #CorporateHumor #Adulting #WorkLife #Humor #PostBySG

Papa banne se pehle lagta tha ki main apne bete ko duniya sikhaunga. Papa banne ke baad samajh aaya... woh mujhe jeena sikha raha hai. ❤️ Is photo mein shayad main use pool mein pakad raha hoon. Par asal mein... woh mujhe zindagi ke woh pal pakadna sikha raha hai jo dobara wapas nahi aayenge. Ek din woh bada ho jayega. Apne doston ke saath pool mein jayega. Mujhe shayad saath bhi na le. Par aaj...uski chhoti si ungli pakad kar jo sukoon milta hai, woh kisi promotion, increment ya designation mein nahi milta.❤️ Happy Father's Day to every #SuperDad who is silently trying his best every single day. Aur mere chhote se superhero ko... Thank You beta. Papa banne ke baad hi samajh aaya ki asli success ghar aate hi ek awaaz ka sunai dena hai: "Papa aa gaye..." ❤️ #FathersDay #DadLife #PapaLife #FatherAndSon #FamilyFirst #PostBySG #WeekendPost

Today I went to Ambience Malls at the the LEGO Group Store in Gurgaon. Within 10 minutes, I noticed three types of Husband's: 1. Husband carrying 8 shopping bags. 2. Husband carrying 1 crying child. 3. Husband carrying both. I belonged to Category 3. As I sat outside Tim Hortons store waiting, I observed a fascinating phenomenon. Every man had the exact same expression. The "I'm just happy to be included" face. One guy had been sitting so long that I was convinced he was part of the West Elm Store furniture. Another husband was guarding shopping bags like a nightclub bouncer at Stryker A third was pushing an empty LuvLap stroller because the baby had escaped 20 minutes ago. Meanwhile, their wives were operating with military precision. Store. Store. Store. Store. Store. Store. Store. No breaks. No hesitation. No mercy. After three hours, my Wifey asked: "Do you want to go home?" I replied: "That's still an option?" Happy Saturday, Gurgaon. #GurgaonDiaries #WeekendDrama #ShoppingChronicles #MallsFiasco #Lego #PostBySG

My Wifey asked: "What are your plans today?" Dangerous question. I replied confidently: "Lots of things." I then spent the next 3 hours moving between the sofa, bed, and balcony. Like a highly inefficient Roomba. At one point, I opened Netflix . Couldn't find anything. Opened YouTube . Couldn't find anything. Opened the fridge. Couldn't find anything. Closed everything. Repeated the cycle. Scientists call this decision fatigue. I call it #Adulthood. #GurgaonDiaries #PostBySG #WeekendPost #SaturdayDrama #RelaxMode

Zomato Are We Solving Delivery Problems Or Creating Privacy Problems? Sahibjeet Singh Sawhney I'm genuinely concerned about where some of these delivery innovations are heading. If customers are now expected to upload pictures of their apartment tower, entrance, office building or exact location, then let's also talk about the privacy implications. The delivery partner now potentially has: 📍 Your exact address 🏢 Your apartment/tower details 📸 A photo of your residence or workplace And if something goes wrong during a delivery or complaint, what's stopping someone from taking screenshots or saving those images? We've already seen incidents where delivery personnel have allegedly misused customer information or contacted customers beyond the scope of the delivery. Why are we normalizing the collection of even more personal information? A better approach could be sharing names of: ✅ Nearby school ✅ Nearby office ✅ Nearby market ✅ Nearby landmark Google Maps today is smart enough to identify buildings, entrances, lanes, flyovers and navigation routes with remarkable accuracy. Do we really need to turn customer locations into photo galleries? Innovation should make deliveries easier. Not make customers wonder who now has access to photos of their home or workplace. Let's make delivery smarter. But let's also respect customer privacy. #CustomerPrivacy #DataPrivacy #DeliveryApps #CustomerExperience #Technology #PostBySG P.S. A humble request to Swiggy and magicpin : please don't follow the same path if customer-location photos become a trend in the industry. Convenience is important, but customer privacy is even more important. P.P.S. Most customers are happy to provide nearby landmarks, gate numbers, society names, schools, offices or shops as navigation references. With modern GPS and mapping technology, delivery partners can already locate most addresses accurately without requiring photographs of someone's home or workplace.

It's 6:00 PM on a Friday. I closed my laptop. A colleague saw me. "Leaving already?" Already? Brother, I've been emotionally gone since Tuesday. I packed my bag. Walked towards the exit. The security guard shook my hand. "Congratulations, sir." I asked: "For what?" He said: "Making it through another week." As I stepped outside, the sun felt brighter. The air felt fresher. Birds were singing. One bird looked directly at me and said: "See you Monday, loser." I got into my cab. The driver asked: "Office?" I smiled. "No." "Airport?" "No." "Goa?" "No." "Then why do you look so happy?" I whispered: "Weekend." He nodded. He understood. No further explanation was needed. #GurgaonDiaries #PostBySG #FridayPost #TGIFPost #WeekendLoading
