I rebuilt the viral Carvana AI workflow for Greece. Most people saw the viral "AI finds underpriced cars" video. The problem? It was built for the US. Kelley Blue Book doesn't work in Greece. Auto-messaging Facebook sellers is a fast way to get banned. So I rebuilt the entire system from scratch. Instead of copying the prompt... ...I built an AI workflow designed for the Greek market. The system includes: → Car.gr + AutoTriti listing scanner → Greek market valuation engine (using local comps instead of KBB) → SQLite deal database that tracks every listing → AI deal scoring based on comparable listings → Telegram approval workflow (the AI drafts messages, you decide whether to send them) → Claude skills (/car-scan, /car-value, /car-outreach, /car-daily) that automate the entire pipeline The goal isn't to let AI buy cars for you. It's to spend your time evaluating the best opportunities instead of manually searching hundreds of listings. I documented the complete architecture, prompts, database schema, and workflow so anyone can build it themselves. Want the complete AI Car Arbitrage Agent blueprint? 1. Follow me 2. Comment "CARS" below I'll send it directly to your DMs.
None of these Airbnb gurus are human. And their $2,000 course? I tore it apart so you don't have to buy it. Most people think starting an Airbnb business means: - Owning property - Raising capital - Paying for expensive courses None of that is true. Co-hosting means you manage other people's listings and take 15-25% of revenue. No ownership required. No mortgage. No risk. And now AI does 90% of the work. I documented the entire stack: → Data Sourcing System (find motivated hosts who need help in any market) → Cold Outreach Agent (AI that books sales calls while you sleep) → Automated Guest Communication (handles inquiries, check-ins, and complaints) → Dynamic Pricing Engine (maximizes revenue without you touching a thing) → Ops Dashboard (run 10+ properties in under 2 hours a week) This is what's inside a $2,000 course. I'm giving it away free. Please don't buy a course on this. Want the complete AI Airbnb Co-Hosting Blueprint? 1. Follow me (so I can DM you) 2. Comment "COHOST" below I'll send it straight to your inbox. ♻️ Repost this and I'll include my cold outreach message templates that book 3 to 5 calls per week.
Checking your bank balance is not running your business. It's just checking your bank balance. Real founders know their numbers. Cash runway. Burn rate. Which revenue stream actually moves the needle. But hiring a CFO costs $150K+ a year. So most solopreneurs just... don't look. I spent 8 hours building a system that fixes this. A fractional CFO that reads your actual data, every Monday morning, in 2 minutes flat. No spreadsheets. No accountant. No monthly fee. Here is what I built and exactly how to copy it: THE MONDAY MONEY REVIEW SYSTEM You already own everything you need. Your bank has a transaction export. Stripe has a CSV download. Your expenses live in your inbox or a folder somewhere. The only missing piece is a prompt that knows what to do with them. Here is what the full guide covers: - How to connect your bank feed, Stripe, and expense data to Claude in under 30 minutes - The exact prompt that turns raw CSV files into a CFO-style weekly briefing - Which 5 numbers actually matter for a sub-$1M business (and which 12 are noise) - How to spot the 3 expense categories that silently kill solo businesses - The "cut or keep" framework a real CFO uses on discretionary spend - How to automate the file drop so Monday review takes 2 minutes, not 2 hours - The runway calculation formula that tells you exactly how many months you have - A bonus prompt for when revenue dips so you know what to cut first This is not theory. I ran this on my own numbers last Monday. It flagged a $340/month software stack I forgot I was paying for. Gone. The whole system costs nothing to run once it is built. One weekend. One setup. Runs every week after that. Whether you make $8K a month or $80K a month, this works the same way. The data you already have is smarter than you think. You just need to ask it the right questions. I will also drop you the 15-minute video walkthrough showing the exact Monday morning workflow on a real set of numbers. Comment "CFO" below.
Your landing page is leaking conversions. Not because your copy is bad. Not because your design is wrong. Because you built it once and walked away. The best SaaS founders treat their landing page like a living product. It watches visitors. It runs experiments. It learns what works. It proposes the next improvement. Here is how to build one that does exactly that. 1. Ship the page first You cannot optimize a page that does not exist. Use Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Lovable, or Bolt to build a simple landing page: Hero. CTA. Features. Proof. FAQ. Footer. One important detail: give your main CTA button a stable name in the code. Example: primary-cta data-cta="primary" This makes it easy to track and test later. 2. Give it real analytics A landing page without analytics is just guessing. Add Microsoft Clarity or PostHog. Clarity gives you free heatmaps and recordings. PostHog gives you recordings, analytics, flags, and experiments in one tool. Now you can see where people click, stop scrolling, rage-click, and disappear. 3. Run your first A/B test Stop debating headlines in your head. Let visitors vote. Show half your visitors version A. Show the other half version B. Measure the action that matters: signup demo booked purchase CTA click Use PostHog, GrowthBook, Statsig, Vercel Flags, or VWO. One rule: do not stop the test just because one version looks like it is winning early. That is how founders fool themselves with fake signal. 4. Let AI propose the next test This is where it gets interesting. Once a week, an AI agent reads your experiment results. It checks what won. It checks what failed. It proposes one next test. Not ten. One. Example: “Variant B improved CTA clicks by 18%. Next test: change the pricing headline.” The agent can draft the variant, but it should not ship it live. The agent proposes. You approve. Automate the analysis. Keep the taste human. 5. Personalize the page by visitor behavior A first-time visitor should not always see the same page as someone who visited pricing twice. With PostHog cohorts, GrowthBook, or Vercel Flags, you can show different hero copy based on behavior. Not IP address. Actual behavior: visited pricing clicked CTA but did not convert returned after 7 days read multiple pages That is when the page stops being static. It becomes adaptive. 6. Create a weekly iteration ritual Every Monday, 30 minutes. Review the data. Pick one hypothesis. Schedule one test. Log the result. After a few months, you will have a conversion playbook specific to your audience. Most founders never do this because it sounds complicated. It is not. It just requires consistency. Your landing page should not be a poster. It should be a feedback loop. Comment “PAGE” and I’ll send you the setup for turning a static page into a self-improving system.
A $15,000 longevity coach just became optional. Here is why The top 1% used to pay for private access to protocols that took decades to develop. Blood panels, sleep optimization, VO2 max testing, supplement stacks, hormonal tracking. Now AI can do most of that for free. I have spent the last 6 months testing this. Here is what I found: NEVER guess at your longevity protocol again. 7 things AI now does better than most $15K coaches: 1. Biomarker interpretation Upload your bloodwork. Ask Claude or GPT to flag anything outside optimal longevity ranges (not just "normal" ranges). Most doctors optimize for sick, not for thriving. AI knows the difference. 2. Personalized supplement stacking Describe your goals, your deficiencies, your medications. AI will cross-reference interactions, dosing windows, and peer-reviewed research in under 60 seconds. A human coach bills 3 hours for this. 3. Sleep architecture analysis Connect your Oura or Whoop data. Paste your weekly report into Claude. Ask it to identify patterns suppressing your deep sleep or REM. It will give you 5 actionable fixes by morning. 4. Continuous glucose monitoring interpretation CGM data is useless without context. AI turns your glucose spikes into a personalized food and timing roadmap. No nutritionist required. 5. Protocol design Tell AI your age, goals, current habits, and budget. Ask it to build a 90-day longevity protocol prioritizing the highest ROI interventions. It will cite the studies. Your coach probably did not. 6. Accountability systems AI helps you build habit stacks, design weekly check-ins with yourself, and create tracking frameworks. The accountability was always the most expensive part of coaching. 7. Research synthesis A new longevity study drops. Paste the abstract. Ask AI how it applies to your current protocol. You are now running on information your coach will not read for another 6 months. The real advantage wealthy people had was not the coach. It was access to information, systems, and interpretation. AI just democratized all three. The caveat: AI does not replace a physician. Get labs done. Work with doctors for clinical decisions. Use AI to come prepared, ask better questions, and go deeper between appointments. I put together a full starter prompt library for longevity optimization. 12 prompts you can use today across sleep, nutrition, fitness, and biomarkers. Comment "LONGEVITY" and I'll send it to you.
