introverts in #business are not talked about enough i used to be so so introverted to the point where in elementary and some of middle school i wouldn't even talk to people unless they talked to me first or if i needed something it was bad but thank God i started working a service job early at 15 which forced me to develop my social skills from front desk to swim instructor to now pool manager i HAD to talk to people fast forward to today i can coffee chat one on one with complete strangers—might not seem like much but to me it's a major milestone 12 year old me would have never thought this day would come im nowhere close to where I wanna be still and always will be working on it remember sometimes you just need something to force you out of your comfort zone because that's the biggest growth catalyst if you're an introvert in business lets connect fr comment or send me a dm :)
